“When any of you prostrates, he should not kneel down like a camel; rather, he should put down his hands before his knees.”[At-Tirmidhi]

عن أبي هريرة -- مرفوعًا: «إذا سجد أَحَدُكُمْ فَلَا يَبْرُك كَمَا يَبْرُكُ البَعِير، وَلْيَضَعْ يديه قبل ركبتيه». (الترمذي)
