Hadith

He who is inflicted with poverty and seeks relief from people, he will not be relieved; whereras he who seeks relief from Allah, he will be given sustenance from Allah sooner or later. [At-Tirmidhi]

Original Hadith

"عن ابن مسعود -رضي الله عنه- قال: قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: «من أصابته فَاقَة فأنْزَلها بالناس لم تُسَدَّ فَاقَتُهُ، ومن أنْزَلها بالله، فَيُوشِكُ الله له بِرزق عاجل أو آجل». [صحيح.] - [رواه أبو داود والترمذي وأحمد.]"
