Hadith

I was allowed to speak of an angel from the angels of Allah who carry the Throne: (the distance) between his earlobe and shoulder covers a journey of seven hundred years. [Abu Dawood]

Original Hadith

أُذِنَ لي أنْ أُحَدِّثَ عن مَلَك مِن ملائكة الله مِن حَمَلَةِ العَرْش، إنَّ ما بين شَحْمةِ أُذُنِه إلى عاتِقِه مَسِيرةُ سبعِمائة عام». [صحيح.] - [رواه أبو داود.]
