Hadith

Ā’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah is Lenient and He loves leniency in all matters." She also reported: The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah is Lenient and He loves leniency. He rewards for leniency what He does not reward for harshness or for anything else. [Sahih/Authentic] - [Muslim - Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

Original Hadith

عن عائشة -رضي الله عنها- قالت: قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: «إن الله رفيق يحب الرفق في الأمر كله». وعنها أن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال: «إن الله رفيق يحب الرفق، ويعطي على الرفق، ما لا يعطي على العنف، وما لا يعطي على ما سواه». [صحيح.] - [الحديث الأول: متفق عليه. الحديث الثاني: رواه مسلم.]
