Hadith

Verily, Allah, the Exalted, revealed to me that you must be humble, so that no one oppresses another or boasts of oneself before another. [Muslim]

Original Hadith

"«إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى أَوْحَى إلَيَّ: أَنْ تَوَاضَعُوا، حَتَّى لَا يَبْغِيَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ، وَلَا يَفْخَرَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ». [رواه مسلم.]"
