Si un homme en maintient un autre pour qu'un troisième le tue , le meurtrier doit être tué et celui qui a maintenu doit être emprisonné

Original Hadith

عن ابن عمر -ما- عن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: «إذا أمسك الرجلُ الرجلَ وقَتَلَهُ الآخَرُ يُقْتَلُ الذي قَتَلَ، ويُحْبَسُ الذي أمْسَكَ». (البيهقي)
